Shall i say dont stray?

A pigeon family has decided to make its home in our only utility balcony. I say utility because that's where we keep the washing machine, flower pots, old clothes, shoes and anything and everything that's past its expiry date. And lately there is a swarm of bees that zeroes in on anything wet. So you cant open the tap or hang your wet clothes on the line without feeling like an actor in 'savage bees'. Everybody in the house, especially the maid is very unhappy but i say hey these guys are just trying to survive. It's not their fault! Just like the stray cows and dogs in our lanes. Have you ever seen a dog cross a road in your city? I really admire those buggers. They are so smart. Everytime i see a stray dog my heart goes out to it. Just think- they dont speak our language, they dont have money and the worst part is they dont have access to any medical care of any sort. They survive only through sheer guts and intelligence. If i had to give out national awards for bravery i would pick the dogs and cows any day! So here's to you guys- to all the brave four footers who survive the ruthless, mean streets of India- roo's your die hard fan!

you can help the dogs by contacting friendecos.......

let the pigeons and bees stay...some N-E communities consider them highly auspicious...

you once a stray bitch had six puppies in our colony ...only one survived due to our combined efforts ...the bitch went mad and died...after that friendecos seemed like the best solution
