Past resurrected

We all leave footprints in the sands of time. We'd love to go back and match our feet to those footprints, wouldnt we? Most of the time it's wishful thinking. The past rarely comes alive. Last fortnight in Bangalore I had the good fortune to actually stand at the crossroads and catch up with some friends from the past.
They were a family I was close to in my teens. The years melted away as we touched base. It felt like a reunion, an instant connection with the heart. Makes you wonder at how beautiful life is!
